Wednesday, December 16, 2015 – 7:00 PM – The Waynesboro Democratic Committee will hold its biennial reorganization meeting at 7 p.m., Wednesday, December 16, 2015, in the Waynesboro Public Library, 600 South Wayne Avenue, Waynesboro, Virginia. Its sole purpose is to certify membership in the Committee, and to elect the Committee’s Executive Committee for two-year terms. Nominees for the executive committee must file before December 7, 2015.
At its reorganization meeting, the Waynesboro Democratic Committee members will elect officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary) to serve from 2016 to 2018. Only members of the Waynesboro Democratic Committee will be eligible to participate in the process.
Attached is the Waynesboro Democratic Committee 2015 Call to Reorganize. Current members are not required to file a form or attend the meeting to remain a member. If you have moved or no longer want to remain a member, please notify the Committee Chair.
